By the end of the day, each participant will be able to:

• understand what generative AI is and what it isn't; 
• write a structured prompt using the CRTF method (Context, Role, Task, Format);
• become aware of the risk of hallucination and adopt a verification reflex;
• identify the main categories of data that should never be shared with an AI;
• recognize the basics of a misleading image (deepfake). 

• Demystifying generative AI: what it is, what it isn't, through a simple analogy and a game comparing two AI answers
• Discovering the AI tool landscape (general-purpose and specialized) without technical jargon
• Learning to phrase requests well with the CRTF method, through an error-correction game followed by progressive exercises (guided → independent)
• Getting hands-on with an AI chatbot: account creation, first tests, exploring the tool's limits
• Adopting vigilance reflexes: never share sensitive data, spot an AI-generated image
• Putting it all into practice on a concrete case combining AI-assisted writing and data protection
• Leaving with a personal action plan
