By the end of the day, each participant will be able to: 

• compare several AIs (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, Mistral, Perplexity, Lumo) on the same task; 
• choose the most suitable tool for a given need (research, writing, creativity, confidentiality…);
• use AI to transcribe a video and generate a first-draft PowerPoint;
• keep a critical mindset and attempt to detect a deepfake;
• understand the legal framework (in-depth GDPR, AI Act, copyright) and its implications for business.

• Comparing 7 different AIs hands-on, on the same tasks, in teams, to build a comparison table together (accuracy, creativity, speed, cost, confidentiality).
• Leaving with clear criteria to choose the right tool for the need, rather than a brand preference.
• Saving time day-to-day: transcribing a meeting, generating a first-draft presentation with AI.
• Deepening vigilance against deepfakes: typology, critical thinking, real cases of business scams.
• Understanding the legal framework (GDPR, European AI Act, copyright) through concrete cases, without legal jargon.
• Comparing tools from a confidentiality standpoint and choosing with full awareness.
