Presentation

The Chamber of Employees (CSL) actively works to improve access to continuing education by offering, through the Luxembourg Lifelong Learning Centre (LLLC), training courses delivered outside working hours, accessible in several locations across the country and available in several languages. Furthermore, these courses are open to all and are therefore not exclusively aimed at CSL members.

Over the years, the offering has continuously developed, and the number of enrolments has steadily increased. The examination pass rate reaches 88%, demonstrating the quality of the training and the commitment of learners.

Designed in a modular fashion, the evening courses allow participants to study at their own pace and obtain the targeted certificates and diplomas. These are co-signed by the Minister of National Education, Children and Youth, guaranteeing their recognition.

A quality approach of continuous improvement

The LLLC has established quality circles bringing together trainers and experts, with the aim of continuously improving the quality of its training. This collaborative approach enables regular updating of courses and allows the development of new training paths, in line with the needs and expectations of learners.

This work is part of the LLLC’s “quality approach”, demonstrating its commitment to offering high-quality training adapted to current labour market needs.

Based on regular exchanges between trainers and experts, this methodology enables rapid concerted decision-making and adjusting programmes in a reactive and proactive manner.

Training offering: 240 courses and 45 diploma training paths

A training path (diploma) consists of several compulsory and optional courses.
