The LLLC strengthens the alignment between its programmes and labour-market needs

The Luxembourg Lifelong Learning Centre (LLLC) reaffirms its commitment to offering training programmes that keep pace with the demands of the job market.

Since September 2023, the LLLC has reactivated its quality circles, bringing together expert instructors to build an agile process for adapting its programmes. This approach sharpens the centre’s ability to track changes in professions, skills, and the needs expressed by employees.

Working collaboratively makes it possible to update courses regularly and to develop new professional pathways that reflect the realities of a changing labour market.

New Evening-class Pathways

  • Java Professional Programmer;
  • Commercial Action Professional;
  • E-commerce Professional;
  • Marketing Professional;
  • Digital Marketing Professional;
  • Human Resources Administration Assistant;
  • Human Resources Development Professional;
  • Professional of the Financial Sector and Investment Funds – Level I;
  • Professional of the Financial Sector and Investment Funds – Level II.

To support these pathways, 25 courses have been created or revised.

A Commitment to Continuous Improvement

The quality circles fit naturally into the LLLC’s continuous-improvement approach, designed to ensure the highest level of training. They rely on regular exchanges between experts, encouraging shared decisions and agile, well-grounded updates to course content.

Train the trainers

In the same spirit, the LLLC also organises training sessions for instructors, offering a space for reflection and discussion on improving programmes and teaching practices. Enriched by contributions from specialists in adult education, these sessions explore a wide range of topics, from learning methods to innovative tools and practical field-based insights.
