Employee representatives who wish to improve their economic, social and technical knowledge in their role as employee representatives may benefit from training leave.
The duration of the leave varies according to:
the size of the company;
whether it is a first term of office or not;
the type of mandate (first or subsequent term, regular or substitute employee representative, health and safety representative or equality representative).
The representative must submit a duly completed registration form for staff representative courses to his/her employer. The application signed by the employer must be sent to the Labour College (EST).
