Article 1 – Course registration

The signature of the offer by the client, who has requested the course, confirms the course registration for the candidate and his co–workers, who will attend the course.

Article 2 – Admission to courses and certificates

Following the course, and after all fees have been paid by the client, all participants will receive a certificate of attendance, which lists the title, the content, the date/s and the duration of the course.

Article 3 – Terms of payment

The candidate is required to pay the registration fee in accordance with the instructions on the invoice.

After the standard invoice reminder procedure, the Chambre des sala-riés will engage the necessary legal means to recover outstanding registration fees, amongst others through payment order as well as damages and interests.

Article 4 – Course cancellation by the LLLC

The LLLC has the right to cancel the course, for instance due to unavailability of the trainer or other cases of “force majeure”. This does not give the client the right to demand damages and interests.

Article 5 – Withdrawal from the course by the candidate

Any withdrawal from the course or cancellation on behalf of the client must be notified to the LLLC in writing as soon as possible.

From the day of signature of the offer of training provision, the client has a withdrawal period of 14 days to cancel the training at no cost.

After this period the LLLC may charge a cancellation fee:

•    Cancellation more than 30 opening days before the day the course starts but after the withdrawal period: 10% of the total cost of the training remain due;

•    Cancellation less than 30 opening days, but more than 10 days before the day the course starts: 75% of the total cost of the training remain due;

•    Cancellation less than 10 opening days before the day the course starts or after the course start: the total amount of the cost of the training remains due.

In case the signature of the training offer occurs less than 14 days prior to the course start date, the client agrees that the course begins before the end of the 14 days withdrawal period.

However, in this case, the client uses his right to withdraw, he is only entitled to a full reimbursement of the fees if he withdraws before the day the course starts. Once the course has begun, reimbursement will be proportional to the classes scheduled after the date of withdrawal.

Article 6 – Teaching staff and course content

The course content and the teaching staff are subject to change until the course starts.

Article 7 – Dates and place of course

The precise location of the course, the dates as well as the schedule are normally defined at the moment of the signature of the training offer but can be subject to change upon agreement by both parties.

Article 8 – Course materials

Course materials are subject to author’s rights and are reserved for the exclusive use of course participants. Full or partial reproduction and distribution of course material to the public is prohibited.

The course materials are delivered in digital format on the Moodle-LLLC training platform.

They will be accessible 2 days before the start of the course and up to 2 weeks after the course.

Article 9 – Personal data protection

The clients and the candidates are invited to consult their rights regarding the protection of their personal data on https://www.csl.lu/en/ data-protection/.

Article 10 – Liability

The LLLC declines all responsibility in the event of accident, theft or damage.

Article 11 – Code of Conduct

The candidate agrees to comply with the LLLC Code of Conduct for participants, as published on https://www.csl.lu/en/terms-and-conditions/lllc-code-of-conduct-for-participants/.
