C1555 - Enterprise Linux Administration and Operations
Target audience
Anyone wishing to develop advanced enterprise Linux administration skills for production environments. Ideal for those who completed “Linux Systems Administration” (or have equivalent experience), seeking to strengthen expertise in enterprise services, system hardening, automation, monitoring, and troubleshooting. Also supports infrastructure, platform, cloud, and DevOps roles in building toward LPIC-2 and advanced Linux specializations.
Objectives
- Deploy and manage enterprise Linux services in production-like environments.
- Configure advanced Linux networking, secure remote access, and enterprise service integration.
- Implement Linux system hardening techniques and apply security best practices to protect enterprise systems.
- Monitor Linux systems, analyse logs, and identify operational and security-related issues.
- Automate administrative and operational tasks using advanced Bash scripting and structured operational workflows.
- Troubleshoot complex Linux infrastructure issues by applying systematic diagnostic and incident response methodologies.
- Build, deploy, and administer a production-like enterprise IT infrastructure by integrating Linux and Windows servers using virtualization technologies (such as KVM), gaining practical experience with enterprise services, networking, system integration, and operational management.
