Objectives

  • Understand the fundamental components of modern IT environments and how computers, operating systems, networks, and enterprise services interact.
  • Identify the role of hardware, operating systems, networking, virtualization, Linux, and cybersecurity within modern IT infrastructures. 
  • Apply basic troubleshooting techniques to diagnose and resolve common hardware, software, and connectivity issues. 
  • Perform introductory administrative tasks using Windows and Linux operating systems, including basic command-line operations. 
  • Explain essential networking concepts, including IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, and secure remote access.
