  • Discover sophrology, its theoretical principles and its techniques.
  • Learn how to breathe properly and understand the importance of breathing.
  • Learn and practise various relaxation techniques (belonging to the 1st degree of Sophrology relaxation techniques).
  • Consciously (re)discover the body through the real-life experience (through sensations and movement).
  • Focus on the positive side of reality and to integrate it consciously and gradually into the field of consciousness.
  • Learn to concentrate over the present moment.
  • Learn how to deal with stress problems.
  • Help people to reach their goals by using very effective techniques.
