Public cible

Anyone wishing to improve their communication at each stage of a project life cycle.

Objectives

  • Identify the characteristics of the different target groups: project sponsors, manager involved in the selection and business value assessment, project team members, intern partners, extern partners and end-users.
  • Define a communication plan regarding the needs and the constraints of a project.
  • Get to know the characteristics of the main communication tools.
  • Appreciate the 4 main communication steps within a project lifecycle : The definition, the launch, the realization and the closure.
  • Communicate to ensure the enrolment of project facilitators (internal and external).
  • Communicate to enroll and to motivate the team.
  • Get end-users involve to contribute to the acceptance of the project results implementation.
  • Ensure regular communication on the project progress, and valorize the final results as well as the intermediate ones.

Prerequisites

Successful completion of the module «  Project management essentials » (C6025E) or «  Advanced project management » (C6046E) and «  Budget and Business plan management » (C2021E) or proof of certified equivalent knowledge.
