Objectives
Explore and reflect on personal and social elements of Emotional Intelligence
(EI) and identify the skills and behaviors associated with emotional
competences. Participants will gain knowledge and skills on how to start
consciously reinforcing their EI on an ongoing basis, specifically as
leaders.

- Personal elements of Emotional Intelligence:
- self-awareness;
- emotional awareness;
- self-assessment;
- self-esteem and self-confidence;
- self-regulation;
- self-control;
- adaptability;
- transparency.
- Social elements of Emotional Intelligence:
- empathy;
- what is Active Listening and how to apply it;
- what are some barriers to effective listening?
- elements of effective communication;
- building rapport with others;
- how to deliver a constructive feedback;
- motivation;
- how to motivate and empower others.
