Objectives
When serious disagreements make communication difficult and business results suffer, the situation can seem impossible to resolve.
By the end of this training, you will be able to
• identify behaviours likely to provoke a crisis,
• manage this type of delicate situation effectively, particularly when you are not directly involved in the disagreement but must help the parties concerned to resolve the situation and
• improve communication between different people and help them break deadlocks.

Important note regarding your personal data
When accessing the e-learning platform via Moodle-LLLC, you will first need to update your user profile with the desired configuration.
