What is the LLLC ?

At the crossroads of initial training, continuing education and the world of work, the Luxembourg Lifelong Learning Centre (LLLC), Chambre des salariés (CSL) continuing education center, offers a range of seminars tailored to the needs and aspirations of employees.

The common spirit underlying all LLLC training programs can be summed up in the following objectives:

  • to enable learners :
    • optimize their chances of promotion and advancement within the company ;
    • give themselves the means to consolidate their employment or reskilling;
    • acquire tools and techniques to combat stress;
  • promote win-win management policies within companies and reduce sources of suffering in the workplace.

For quality continuing education that meets society’s needs.

Lifelong learning should be seen from a broad perspective, i.e. not only as a tool for the economy and the labour market, but also, and above all, as support for citizenship and human development.

With this in mind, the Luxembourg Lifelong Learning Centre (LLLC), the continuing education centre of the Chamber of Employees (CSL), has been one of Luxembourg’s leading training providers for over 50 years.

A wide range of training courses

The LLLC offers a wide range of decentralised training courses in different locations and in several languages.

Today, the LLLC registers 12,000 course enrolments in average every year, all training courses combined. Over the years, our training offer has developed horizontally and is constantly evolving to meet the needs of employees and the labour market: evening courses, seminars, university courses, specialised courses, courses for senior citizens and internationally recognised certifications.

Competitive prices

Since 1971, we have been applying a policy of moderate prices to enable everyone to take part in our training courses.

Recognised diplomas and certifications

The courses offered by the LLLC are eligible for individual training leave and for the co-financing offered by the State to companies that invest in their employees’ skills.

Thanks to its partnerships with university institutions, the LLLC offers university programs at Bachelor (Bac+3) and Master (Bac+5) levels. The diplomas are awarded by the partner universities and do not bear any specific mention of the place of training.
