Objectives
Get introduced to how networks operate. This first course in the 3-course CCNA series introduces architectures, models, protocols, and networking elements functions needed to support the operations and priorities of Fortune 500 companies to small innovative retailers. Candidates will even get the chance to build simple local area networks (LANs). Candidates will have a working knowledge of IP addressing schemes, foundational network security, and be able to perform basic configurations for routers and switches. Practice orientated training with hands-on labs. (Course tied to CCNA certification) Target audience and admission requirements.

The training lasts approximately 70 hours, usually on Thursdays and Fridays (all day) including 58.5 hours of classroom training and 11.5 hours of e-learning.
Training hours (subject to change): 9am-4:30pm.
The pedagogical method emphasizes on the know-how as well as on the skills. It aims to develop, thanks to the transversal approach and the alternating system, the knowledge and greater autonomy essential to their professional practice.
This training combines theoretical contributions and practical exercises in the laboratory, as well as in e-learning on the CiscoNetAcademy platform.

Upon successful completion of all sessions, the candidate will receive a certificate of completion and a statement of attendance.
This first course prepares you for the industry-recognized “Cisco Certified Network Associate” certification, which attests to your competence in a specific technology area.
This certification exam is taken after Course 3, which covers Networking Fundamentals, IP Services, Security Fundamentals, Automation and Programmability. The CCNA validates that you have the skills required to manage and optimize today’s most advanced networks.
