  • Grasp the key factors for successful management: the 3 duties of managers (organizing, motivating, and uniting).
  • Understand and utilize the 3 types of power available to managers.
  • Learn how to use essential management tools (task assignment and delegation, feedback, coaching, debriefing...).
  • Better address common situations (starting a new role, underperformance, behavioral issues, conflicts, lack of skills, demotivation).
  • Understand the main challenges that managers must tackle.
  • Strengthen managers' self-confidence.
