C1300 - Office tools fundamentals

Public cible

Anyone wishing to use the Information and Communication Technologies (ICT), to manage the graphical interface Windows, to handle files on the computer and to discover the main purposes of the office tools.

Objectives

Understand the essential concepts of the office tools.
Work with the user environment.
Master the management of files.
Discover the bases of the spreadsheet.
Learn the bases of the word processor.
Use the general office automation features.
Know how to produce first results with the spreadsheet and the word processor.
