People in their 20s, 40s and 60s have been raised with different ideals and have developed different views on what a productive working environment represents. So what happens when they have to work together? And what happens when you have to manage a team made of several generations, each with their own specific requirements? 

At the end of this course, you will be able to
•    identify the right work environment for each generation,
•    mediate between generations.
