Any person wishing to participate in one or more training courses must, in principle, register no later than two weeks before the start of the training course.
Registration may be completed either online via the website www.LLLC.lu or by submitting a registration form to the (LLLC) by mail, fax, email or by hand delivery. The registration request will be processed within the week following its receipt.
To register via the website, the candidate must create a user account with the LLLC. The creation of a user account requires that the present general terms and conditions be read and therefore constitutes acceptance of these general terms and conditions.
Article 2 – Admission to the training and certificates
A final confirmation containing all relevant information will be sent to the candidate once the minimum number of participants has been reached.
At the time of the application and throughout the entire duration of the training, the candidate must have the right to reside in the national territory.
Admission to the training only becomes effective upon receipt of the payment of the registration fees by the Luxembourg Lifelong Learning Centre (LLLC) of the Chamber of Employees.
Any candidate who has attended the training and paid the registration fees will receive a certificate of participation indicating the title, objectives, content and duration of the training.
Article 3 – Payment conditions
The candidate is required to pay the registration fees in accordance with the instructions indicated on the invoice.
In the absence of payment, the candidate may not participate in the training. No certificate of participation or communication related to the training will be issued. The Chamber of Employees will initiate the necessary legal proceedings to recover the registration fees, including wage garnishment and the claim of damages.
Article 4 – Cancellation of the training by the LLLC
The LLLC reserves the right to cancel the training, particularly where the required number of participants is not reached, in cases of force majeure, trainer unavailability, or other circumstances.
In the event of cancellation, the registration fees paid will be refunded and the candidate will be informed as soon as possible.
Article 5 – Withdrawal from the training by the candidate
Any withdrawal from the training must be notified in writing to the LLLC. From the date of the registration request, the candidate has a 14-day withdrawal period to cancel their registration free of charge.

Withdrawal more than 7 working days before the start of the courses: full
Withdrawal less than 7 working days before the start of the courses: 90%
Withdrawal on the day the course begins or after the course has started: the full amount of the registration fees remains payable to the CSL.
In the case of registration within the 14 days preceding the start of the training, the candidate agrees that the course may begin before the expiry of the withdrawal period. By accepting these general terms and conditions, the candidate is therefore entitled to a full refund only if the withdrawal occurs before the start of the course. Once the course has begun, any refund will be proportional to the portion of the course not attended, where applicable.
Access to the personal space on the Moodle.lllc training platform provides access to the course materials, in accordance with Article 8 below. Any login to this plat-form, even before the start of the course, shall be considered as the commencement of the course and results in the loss of any right to a refund.
In certain exceptional cases duly justified (serious illness, accident, etc.), the LLLC may grant a refund of the registration fees. Decisions taken by the LLLC in this regard are final and not subject to appeal, and no reasons will be provided.
Article 6 – Trainers and course content
