Public cible

Project manager wishing to recall on basics in project management or anyone aspiring to become a project manager and wishing to acquire the basics of project management.

Objectives

  • Understand the theoretical bases of the project management and become familiar with key project management processes.
  • Define a project and develop the project charter: structure and activities plan with respect to their dependencies and to resources availabilities.
  • Learn the basic tools to identify and anticipate potential gaps versus planned ( PERT, GANTT, Critical Paths ).
  • Follow the life of a project on the time and cost aspects ( OTOBOS).
  • Run the main monitoring and control processes of a project.
  • Understand the standards of project management, quality  of project management.
  • Experience the opening and the closing process.
