CI1542 - Introduction to programming using Python

Target audience

Anyone wishing to learn programming from scratch and master Python. Anyone wishing to manage data effectively and simplify routine across the workplace and daily life. Anyone willing to acquire practical Python skills to better understand and work with artificial intelligence (AI) Python outputs.

Objectives

  • Understand programming fundamentals - grasp how programs work, write basic Python syntax, and use core data types and variables.
  • Control program flow - use conditionals and loops to make decisions and repeat actions.
  • Structure code with functions - write reusable, organized, and readable code. 
  • Work with data - store and manipulate information using lists and dictionaries.
  • Solve problems and debug - break problems into steps, write small programs, and fix errors independently.
