The purpose of this publication is to set out the rules governing parental leave. As an introduction, it provides a historical overview of the statutory provisions relating to parental leave.
The first part explains the different types of parental leave, their eligibility conditions, the procedure for obtaining leave, as well as the guarantees to which parents are entitled.
The second part contains standard letter templates required for the practical implementation of these provisions, as well as a specimen of the form to be completed and submitted to the Fund.
