Legislative role

Protecting interests

In the legislative procedure, the government is required to seek the opinion of the CSL for each draft law or Grand Ducal regulation. We ensure that no decision is taken to undermine the rights and interests of employees, jobseekers, apprentices or pensioners in order to ensure a good quality of life, stable purchasing power, social rights and benefits.
