An employment contract for workers on digital platforms – A law that will change everything!
Crowdworkers, Clickworkers, Microworkers, AppJobbers…. these new ways of performing work require a legal framework so that workers on platforms can benefit from existing social legislation.
Just like workers in the classical market economy, digital platformworkers are entitled to:
- statutory social minimum wage,
- regulated working hours,
- paid holidays,
- social security, etc.
To this end, the CSL has drafted a legislative proposal and launched a campaign to make citizens aware of the precarious situation in which these workers find themselves.
